U.S. men's hockey wins, advances to final four
Zach Parise scored two goals and Ryan Miller stopped all 19 shots he faced to blank Switzerland 2-0, sending the U.S. hockey team into the semifinals at the Winter Games.
Swiss goalie Jonas Hiller kept the Americans off the board through the first two periods, but gave up a powerplay goal to Parise early in the final period. Parise added an empty netter. Hiller stopped 42 of the 43 shots he faced.
