Where is the Minnesota economy headed?

Minnesota budget officials released a new forecast this week, narrowing the state's deficit to $994 million. Meanwhile, The Labor Department reports the percentage of Americans without a job last month was 9.7 percent, identical to the January figure. Economist Louis Johnston joins Midday to answer listener questions about the state economy.
