Man accused of killing brother in St. Paul

Ramsey County prosecutors could consider charges Monday against a St. Paul man accused of fatally shooting his brother.

The 40-year-old stockbroker from Houlton, Wis., was shot in the head Saturday night at his brother's house.

The victim's fiancee, Destiny Denton, says the brothers were planning their annual long-distance bike ride that night. And, when she spoke to her fiance by phone, Denton says the two brothers seem to be having a good time. Denton and the victim have two children under age 2.

St. Paul police Sgt. Paul Schnell tells the St. Paul Pioneer Press that people who were at the home earlier that night told investigators the brothers had an argument and had been drinking.
