Obama and Medvedev sign nuclear arms pact
President Barack Obama and Russian President Dmitry Medvedev signed a nuclear treaty Thursday in Prague. The treaty, which has been dubbed "New START," will reduce the nuclear warheads of the two countries to 1,550 each over the next seven years. It must be ratified by the U.S. Senate and the Russian legislature.
