No charges filed in death of St. Paul boy, 15

Ramsey County prosecutors say they won't file charges in the death of Bee Vue, 15, who was found dead last November after a night of drinking.

A news release Friday says Vue was brought home by his friends after drinking at several parties then attending a Hmong New Year's celebration in St. Paul.

His friends thought he was sick from consuming too much alcohol, but an autopsy found that he died from internal injuries.

The investigation found that Vue and his friends got into a fight after they were asked to leave the New Year's party. No weapons were used.

Prosecutors determined there wasn't enough evidence to bring felony charge against his friends or the people he fought after the party.

There also wasn't enough evidence to charge the adults for serving alcohol for Vue.
