The Minnesota Supreme Court visits New Prague on Tuesday.
The justices will convene at New Prague High School for oral arguments at 9:30 a.m. in an appeal by Michael Zabawa in a high-profile double murder near Waseca.
Zabawa was convicted of killing Tracy Kruger and his son, Alec, after breaking into their home in 2007. He was also convicted of wounding Kruger's wife, Hilary. His attorneys say his confession was coerced.
The justices will also answer students' questions and visit classrooms at New Prague High School and Middle School.
