Democratic National Committee Chairman Tim Kaine speaks to the National Press Club about Tuesday's primary elections and his party's plan to win over voters this fall.
Kaine served as the Governor of Virginia from January 2006 until January 2010. He was also the national campaign co-chair for President Barack Obama.
