General Motors is giving a Twin Cities car dealership a new lease on life.
Lupient Chevrolet of Bloomington was one of GM's originally terminated dealers and spent the last year in "wind-down" mode.
But Lupient said Friday it has officially received the "go ahead" notice from GM and has been brought back into the GM family.
Rick Lupient calls it "a great day for our employees and customers."
Not only did Lupient maintain its business during the last year, the dealership also acquired the Grossman Chevrolet business in Burnsville.
