A bridge spanning Interstate 35 in North Branch is set to be demolished during overnight shifts starting Tuesday evening.
The Highway 95 bridge will be removed starting at 9 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, and motorists will have to exit I-35 to avoid the demolition work.
Highway 95 traffic will be reduced to one lane during the work, which will end at 5 each of the next mornings.
The Minnesota Department of Transportation expects the work will be completed by Friday, assuming the weather cooperates.
