Minn. man allegedly sent threatening e-mail to Biden
A 45-year-old Blaine man is charged with sending a threatening e-mail to Vice President Joe Biden.
Barry Vincent Ardolf is charged by felony information, made public Wednesday.
According to the document, Ardolf used another person's identity to access a protected computer in February 2009. On May 6, 2009, he allegedly used that identity to send the e-mail to Biden.
Among other things, it said: "This is a terrorist threat!"

The e-mail allegedly lashed out at government spending, and warned officials to watch their backs. It also said: "I swear to God I'm going to kill you!"
Ardolf faces one count of aggravated identity theft and one count of making threats to the president and successors to the presidency.
He is not in custody. His attorney has no comment at this time.
