The Hennepin County medical examiner is asking for the public's help in identifying the woman whose body was pulled from the Mississippi River in Minneapolis on Monday.
The victim is a white woman, about 20 to 40 years old, weighing 101 pounds and standing 5 1/2 feet tall. Her eye color and hair color are unknown.
She had a blue-pink Japanese koi fish tattoo on her right upper arm, a likeness of the "Badtz Maru" cartoon character on her right hip, multiple ear piercings and dental restorations.
Anyone with information should contact the Hennepin County medical examiner.
