Military personnel and their families can receive special discounts at the Minnesota Zoo during the zoo's third annual Military Family Week.
The discounts run through Sunday, July 4.
The zoo in Apple Valley is offering free admission and free parking for military personnel - including active, retired and civilian. Family members receive half-priced admission.
Other specials include a discount on all adult and children T-shirts at the zoo gift store, half-priced monorail rides and food discounts. Two-for-one IMAX theater tickets also are available.
