The Carver County sheriff's office is stepping up enforcement of a county curfew ordinance after a rash of vandalism in Watertown.
Sheriff Byron "Bud" Olson says vandals over the last few days have smashed windows in parked cars. Olson says the vandalism not only poses a safety hazard, it's also an inconvenience for car owners.
Anyone who sees juveniles out and about after curfew is asked to call the Carver County sheriff's office.
All children under 18 must be off the streets by certain times, based on their age and the day of the week.
