Police in Rosemount are investigating the shooting death of a 22-year-old man at a car wash.
Police were called to the car wash shortly after 6 p.m. Police found Anthony Adam Hartman, of Apple Valley, dead at the scene.
Witnesses told police they saw the suspect leave in a 1997 to 2000 gold or tan-colored Mercury Sable.
Investigators were still interviewing witnesses and were asking anyone with information to call the Rosemount Police Department at (651) 325-1985.
Police said it was the first homicide in Rosemount since March 2008.
