Noah Feldman, author and Harvard Law School professor, says four of the most important Supreme Court justices ever were appointed by President Franklin D. Roosevelt, at a moment of crisis in the U.S. Feldman spoke at the 2010 Aspen Ideas Festival about those justices, and what their vision means for the Supreme Court today. His forthcoming book is called, "Scorpions: The Battles and Triumphs of FDR's Great Supreme Court Justices."
