Noah Feldman, author and Harvard Law School professor, says four of the most important Supreme Court justices ever were appointed by President Franklin D. Roosevelt, at a moment of crisis in the U.S. Feldman spoke at the 2010 Aspen Ideas Festival about those justices, and what their vision means for the Supreme Court today.
