Adults accused of using child to deal drugs

Prosecutors in Swift County say some accused drug dealers used an 11-year-old child to make their transactions.

Five people are facing drug charges, including two who are also charged with child endangerment and one with conspiring or employing a minor to sell drugs.

Prosecutors say one of the five, acting as an informant, told police he went to the home of one of the defendants in Kerkhoven last month and gave $40 to the child in exchange for a bag of marijuana.

The West Central Tribune reports 35-year-old Christena Lee Quigley, 32-year-old Everett James Quigley and 35-year-old Angela Mae Wrobleski face drug charges and are accused of involving the child. Twenty-five-year-old Gerrick James Maus and 21-year-old Heidi Marie Wolney also face drug charges.
