Obama coming to Madison, Wis. on Sept. 28 for rally

When President Barack Obama comes to Madison later this month it will mark his sixth visit to Wisconsin since getting elected.

The rally is one of four Obama plans in swing states leading up to the Nov. 2 primary.

A location in Madison for the rally was not immediately announced. Obama filled the 17,000-seat Kohl Center on the University of Wisconsin campus a week before the presidential primary in 2008.

He returned to Madison as president last year to talk about education. Last year he also spoke in Green Bay about health care.

The president was just in Milwaukee on Monday for a Labor Day rally. He was also in Milwaukee last month at a fundraiser for Democratic gubernatorial candidate Tom Barrett. And Obama hosted a town hall meeting in Racine a little over two months ago.
