Minn. broadcasting Hall of Fame inducts new class

The Twin Cities-based Museum of Broadcasting welcomes a new class of Hall of Fame inductees Saturday.

Eleven new members are being inducted this year. They include former KSTP-TV anchor Cyndy Brucato, longtime "Almanac" co-host and former WCCO-AM political reporter Eric Eskola, KBJR-TV anchor Michelle Lee and Frank Fee, owner of KROX-AM in Crookston.

WCCO-TV reporter Darcy Pohland, who died earlier this year, is among three Hall of Fame members being inducted posthumously.

The induction ceremony is being held at the Metropolitan Ballroom in Golden Valley.

The Museum of Broadcasting houses the Joseph R. Pavek Collection of antique radio, television and broadcasting equipment in St. Louis Park.
