Minnesota's race for governor looks like it's headed for a recount. Democrat Mark Dayton holds a slight lead over Republican Tom Emmer. Meanwhlie, Republicans won control of the State Legislature, and longtime Democratic Congressman Jim Oberstar was defeated by Republican Chip Cravaack.
