A group of first-term Democratic U.S. Senators, including Minnesota's Amy Klobuchar, are talking about ways to change the way business is done in Washington. The freshman group, many of whom are facing reelection in 2012, want to give junior senators more sway in setting policy agendas. MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with Sen. Amy Klobuchar.
