Steven Chu, Secretary of Energy, speaks at the National Press Club about the need to accelerate technological innovation to meet the nation's demand for energy and reach its climate goals.
Prior to joining the Obama administration, Chu was director at the Lawrence Berkeley National Lab and professor of physics and molecular and cell biology at the University of California.
