Robert Zoellick has been president of the World Bank since July of 2007. He has held prominent positions in both the public and private sectors throughout his career, from managing Director of Goldman Sachs to U.S. Deputy Secretary of State under President George W. Bush. He also served as a U.S. Trade Representative for two years.
