Suspicious death in Minneapolis ruled homicide

The Hennepin County medical examiner's office has confirmed that a suspicious death in Minneapolis was a homicide.

Fire department EMTs were called Tuesday on a medical emergency call to an apartment. The building caretaker was checking on a tenant at the family's request and found the man's body.

Police found the man had possible stab wounds.

The name of the victim and exact cause of death have not been released yet.

No one's been arrested. Police are asking anyone with information to call Minneapolis police tip line.
