Minnesota State University - Moorhead is seeing a record number of marijuana calls, The Advocate student paper reports
Public Safety Interim Director Mitch Osland told the paper he believes the jump might reflect a heightened increase in responses by the Public Safety department under a zero-tolerance policy -- and not so much an actual increase in the drug's use.
His quote to the paper might make you think those joint-smokers indeed aren't the brightest bulbs out there:
“I’m baffled they even do it on campus…we’re pretty concentrated in such a small area. Your chances of getting caught are a lot higher than out in the city somewhere.”
