U of Minnesota researchers grumble over UMore development

-- Twenty-year University of Minnesota researcher Fred Hrbek on the U of M's plans to turn the UMore Park -- 5,000 acres used for ag and other research -- into a gravel mine and sustainable housing development. U administration says the researchers will be able to work elsewhere, though, and a large portion of the land can still be used for research for another 10-12 years.
