The Stillwater school board will decide Thursday night how to change its attendance boundaries for students.
District officials say the changes are needed to ease crowding at two elementary schools: Lake Elmo and Rutherford.
The board will pick from five options that a specially-appointed committee recommended. Those options would move between 225 to nearly 700 students.
District leaders say no option will have complete community support because it will still mean some students have to move, but officials also say they'll be able to better utilize their buildings.
