10:30 a.m.: Introductory remarks and prepare for the march
11:00 a.m.: March to the Capitol
11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.: Rally on Capitol steps
1:00 – 3:00 p.m.: Reception at Saint Paul College & meetings with lawmakers
2) The Senate committee on higher education will be discussing the tuition freeze bill.
