Stalemate in Madison; which side will crack first?

The Wisconsin Assembly has been in session all night debating a bill that would balance the state's budget and end most of the collective bargaining rights held by public workers. Democrats say they have 200 amendments to offer, a strategy designed to delay a vote on the measure. This is the latest development in a political tussle that has drawn the attention of the nation.
