Rescue Work Continues in Japan
Japanese rescue workers carry a body from the rubble of a village destroyed by the devastating earthquake and tsunami on March 15, 2011 in Rikuzentakata, Miyagi province, Japan. Thousands have been killed after the 8.9 earthquake struck the northeast coast of Japan. Presently the country is struggling to contain a potential nuclear meltdown after the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant was seriously damaged from the earthquake.
