As the April 18 tax filing deadline looms, IRS Commissioner Douglas Shulman speaks live at the National Press Club Speakers Luncheon.
He heads an agency that's responsible for collecting $2.4 trillion in tax revenue. The IRS just announced a new program to get citizens to disclose assets currently hidden in offshore tax havens. His speech is titled, "On the Horizon: A Vision for the Future of Our Tax System."
