Just got this letter that Minnesota Higher Education Commissioner Sheila Wright has submitted to state Rep. Morrie Lanning and state Sen. Mike Parry over proposed cuts to the Office of Higher Education.
The legislative conference committee on higher ed is meeting this evening and may discuss it. I'll be there.
