Later this week, the Minnesota Twins will travel to Phoenix for a series against the Diamondbacks. While they are in Arizona, some members of the team are hoping to visit former Twin Harmon Killebrew.

Killebrew announced last week that his cancer of the esophagus has reached the point that he is entering end-of-life hospice care.

Even before he was diagnosed with cancer, Killebrew was an advocate for the value of hospice care.

MPR's Cathy Wurzer speaks with Gloria Cade, director of hospice and palliative care for Allina Hospitals and Clinics.
