Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development spokesman Monte Hanson echoes what I've been hearing in legislative talks on higher education when he tells the Star Tribune he's not upset by North Dakota poaching Minnesota's workers:
"We actually consider it a compliment. One thing we hear over and over from employers is the [solid] quality of the workforce here. They say our workers have a great work ethic and are highly educated."
