Two people from Minnesota are dead after the car they were in rolled over on U.S. Highway 218 in northern Iowa.
The Waterloo-Cedar Falls Courier says the crash happened Thursday afternoon near Nashua after the car drove onto the shoulder. The Iowa State Patrol says the driver, 68-year-old Mary Quinn, of Woodbury, Minn., overcorrected, causing the car to roll in the ditch. Quinn and a passenger, 70-year-old Bernard Quinn, also of Woodbury, Minn., died in the crash.
The Iowa State Patrol says the accident remains under investigation.
