With the Twins struggling, some are saying that all-star catcher Joe Mauer should be doing more, like playing first base when he needs a break from catching.

Star Tribune columnist Jim Souhan wrote that Mauer should insist on playing every day or start writing refund checks for his $23 million-a-year salary.

Morning Edition producer Jim Bickal talked to fans before Monday's game to hear what they think of the former golden boy from St. Paul.
