Minnesota's junior U.S. Senator Al Franken. is back in the state after voting in favor of the debt ceiling deal in Washington. He spoke with Minnesota Public Radio about that vote and the debate around it. But, earlier this afternoon, we started by checking in on what was happening on Wall Street.
