Minn. authorities ID girl in pool-related death
Hennepin County authorities say a 5-year-old girl has died after being found unresponsive in a swimming pool.
The sheriff's office said Saturday that deputies responded Wednesday afternoon to a report of a girl found unconscious in a pool. The girl was rushed to a hospital, where she died the next day.
The medical examiner's office identified the girl Saturday as Yunue Erazo-Davish of Chaska.
Deputies say Yunue was visiting the home with her mother and teenage cousin. The woman was working inside the house, and at some point she began searching for her daughter. She found Yunue unresponsive in the pool.
