First we heard that St. Cloud State has had a better move-in weekend than before.
Looks like, Minnesota State University - Mankato is making its own strides in controlling Welcome Week behavior -- at least on campus.
Student journalist Cassie Rayman writes in the Reporter:
In the past, MSU has been notorious for the number of minors documented during Welcome Week on and off campus. This year, just eight citations were documented on-campus, while an increase was seen in off-campus citations; rising from last year’s 114 to 134 this year.
