A hiker's tip has led authorities to a large marijuana-growing operation hidden in a western Minnesota state park.

The operation was uncovered at Maplewood State Park near Pelican Rapids.

KBRF-AM reports the plants were not growing wild but were cultivated. Some of them were 5 feet tall. Tags with names such as "Voodoo," "Poison" and "Blue Skunk" marked the plants.

Officers removed 187 plants that were ready for harvest near Fladmark Lake. They also collected other evidence.

Authorities say they have no suspects and have made no arrests.
