Teen fatally shot in Minneapolis

The police chief of Minneapolis says the latest fatal shooting of a teenager was the result of an ongoing dispute he had with others.

Sixteen-year-old Juwon Osborne was shot and killed in north Minneapolis Monday night, the third teen to be killed by gunfire in the city in the past month. Speaking on WCCO radio Tuesday, Chief Tim Dolan says a motive for the shooting is not known, but he says the victim had a prior dispute and had been shot before. Dolan says that in more than three decades in law enforcement, he's never seen people this young targeted intentionally.

Dolan says the shooting appears unrelated to the recent shooting deaths of two young people, ages 13 and 14.
