Delbert Huber, 81, was ordered held on $5 million bond, while his 45-year-old son, Timothy Huber, had bail set at $1 million. Both men were arraigned in the shooting death of Timothy Richard Larson, a 43-year-old teacher at St. Michael-Albertville Middle School West.

Delbert Huber is charged with second-degree murder in Larson's death. Timothy Huber is charged with second-degree murder and aiding and abetting. Larson was found dead Saturday at his father's home in rural Belgrade.

The West Central Tribune reports sheriff's deputies said they received a call the older defendant Saturday telling them he had shot and killed someone following an argument.
