Streaking UND students charged

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) -- Three University of North Dakota students face charges for allegedly streaking on campus.

The Grand Forks Herald reports that Ryan Patrick Dowd, Matthew Greg Magnuson and Matthew William Kilibarda were each charged with disorderly conduct, refusing to halt and minor in possession or consumption of alcohol.

Court documents say the students, who are all 18, were arrested just after midnight on Nov. 19 at the Delta Tau Delta house after running from police.

A UND police report says Dowd told authorities that the three were pledges at Delta Tau Delta.
