SUPERIOR, Wis. (AP) -- Authorities in Wisconsin's northwest corner say two Superior residents have been killed in a two-vehicle crash.
Douglas County authorities say a northbound vehicle crossed the center line in the Village of Superior on Friday afternoon and was struck by a southbound vehicle.
The northbound vehicle rolled into a ditch. A Duluth News Tribune report says the vehicle's driver and passenger were pronounced dead at the scene.
The victims were identified Saturday as 49-year-old driver Harry Wilson and 41-year-old passenger Frances Jones.
The driver of the other vehicle was a 46-year-old woman. She was taken to a Duluth hospital, where her condition was not immediately available.
