Medical examiner IDs MN woman found dead in hot tub

The Hennepin County medical examiner says a Nisswa woman drowned in a hot tub outside a Plymouth home over the weekend.

The woman has been identified as 52-year-old Kari Dayton. The Hennepin County Sheriff's Office said the woman was visiting relatives at the home in Plymouth, and was found unresponsive in the hot tub on Saturday.

The medical examiner's office said the death was an accident. Plymouth police are investigating.
