About 250 headquarters jobs at MLT Vacations in Edina could be moved to Atlanta, where its parent company, Delta Air Lines, is based.
MLT sells vacation packages primarily to travel agents.
In a memo to MLT workers, Delta said the carrier is evaluating which MLT positions to move to Atlanta "to better align" with the airline's resources there.
MLT spokeswoman Susan Worwa said the jobs in Edina are corporate-level positions. "We have our marketing and sales functions, HR, IT, our product development department," Worwa said.

Delta said the IT positions could be moved to Eagan. Some positions at MLT headquarters may be eliminated. Relocation and severance packages will be offered to employees who are affected.
Delta said MLT's chief executive and president both declined to move to Atlanta, and stepped down from their positions as of last week.
MLT has been in the Twin Cities for 45 years. The company was owned by Northwest Airlines, prior to its merger with Delta.
