A 28-year-old bicyclist has died after being struck by a car in Shoreview.
The Ramsey County sheriff's office says Joseph Hunt of Shoreview was struck in the eastbound lanes of Highway 96 around 10 p.m. Wednesday.
Hunt was found unconscious and breathing, and was treated by paramedics and taken to Regions Hospital. He died around 1:30 a.m. Thursday.
Authorities say the 67-year-old driver of the car immediately reported the accident and has cooperated fully.
The crash is under investigation.
