Thursday's monumental Supreme Court health care decision, and Chief Justice Roberts deciding vote, was a surprise to many. How will the new health care law play out? What does the ruling mean for Justice Roberts' legacy?

Susan Bloch, professor at Georgetown University Law Center's Supreme Court Institute, will join The Daily Circuit Monday to talk about the direction the current Supreme Court may be moving as well as how individual justices shape the fate of important legal decisions. Brad Joondeph, professor of law at Santa Clara University, will also join the discussion.
