A farmers market in Apple Valley is putting a twist on selling a summer treat: Pahl's Market is opening its annual corn drive-through.
Customers can drive up to the market and have orders of sweet corn or other produce delivered to their cars.
The drive-though has been a tradition of the business for about 10 years.
Tom Hartwell, the general manager at Pahl's Market, says the drive-through has been very successful.
"Our loyal customers look forward to it every year," he says, "and when they see the sign go up they know that it's fresh sweet corn. It's locally grown, something that's about as fresh from the field to the counter as you can get, so they really enjoy that."
Hartwell says their locally grown corn will start coming in around July 20. The corn drive-through will be open for the rest of the sweet corn season.
