The Hennepin County Medical Examiner's office has identified the young boy who drowned in a lake while celebrating a birthday in Golden Valley.
Six-year-old Tony Martin Caine, of Golden Valley, died Saturday. Another swimmer noticed the child at the bottom of Wirth Lake.
A Hennepin County deputy says the boy was in the water with a group of family members and other children. Lifeguards were on duty, but the deputy says the beach was "extremely busy."
