If Gov. Mark Dayton calls a special legislative session for Duluth flood aid, Sartell could also get some help after a fire devastated a paper mill in the town.

The explosion and fire at the Verso Paper Mill on Memorial Day killed one employee and injured four people.

The owners of the mill are still unsure if they will rebuild, even with potential state funding.

We spoke with Bill Cohen, public affairs manager for Verso Paper, about the future of the mill. We'll air his interview and speak with Anita Rasmussen, Sartell planning and community development director, on The Daily Circuit Thursday.
